Research Services
Payment for a genealogy research service never includes the transfer of copyright. Research results are intended for the personal use of the person who commissioned them. Copyright remains with T:mi Toiset Aijat unless a separate written agreement for transfer has been made.
Quotation and Publication
Quoting short excerpts is permitted with appropriate source attribution. If you wish to use text, research or images more extensively – for example in your own publication, a family history book or a website – please contact us in advance.
A usage licence agreed in advance is always easier and less costly to arrange than an agreement made after the fact.
Images
Images used on this site are either the property of T:mi Toiset Aijat or are used with appropriate permissions. Copying or sharing images without permission is prohibited.
