We sell products to private individuals aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact details collected at the time of ordering are used solely for processing the order or resolving any issues that arise. By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions in force at the time.

Delivery costs are added to book prices. When ordering several books at once, the delivery cost is lower than when ordering individually.

Payment

Payment is made via MobilePay.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes the details of your order and payment information.

Delivery – Books

Book orders are delivered to Finland only. Books are dispatched from Virtain Kirjakauppa after payment has been received.

Delivery – PDF Articles

PDF articles are delivered by email together with the order confirmation. Delivery worldwide.

Cancellation

Books: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving a reason. You must notify us before the deadline expires. We will refund the amount you paid without delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

PDF articles: Digital products cannot be cancelled once the file has been delivered, as the content is electronic and is delivered immediately after ordering.
