Orders

When placing an order, we collect the following information:

• Name
• Postal address (for book orders)
• Email address (for order confirmation and delivery)
• Phone number (if required for delivery)

This information is used solely to fulfil your order. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties except to the extent required for processing payment and delivery.

Order data is stored in a secure Google Sheets spreadsheet used for order management. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Payment – MobilePay

Payments are processed via MobilePay (Vipps MobilePay AS). The information required for the payment transaction (name, phone number) is passed to Vipps MobilePay AS for payment processing. Vipps MobilePay AS acts as an independent data controller for this data under its own privacy policy.
